CWA MEMBERS SOCIAL AND DINNER

Please join us for a unique Calaveras Wine Alliance gathering and opportunity to socialize, enjoy dinner with your fellow wine community, and learn about CWA’s exciting changes and direction.

At the dinner I will be presenting what we have learned and what we look to accomplish in the coming years to both support our members and promote visitation to Calaveras County’s Wine Region. The dinner and presentation will be held at The Murphys Hotel on Thursday, March 30th at 6pm. A wine social will begin at 5:30pm and both will be held upstairs in the ballroom. Guests are asked to bring a bottle of wine to share at dinner. Tickets are required in advance and all tickets are $40 per person and all inclusive. When you order your tickets you will be asked to choose from one of the outstanding entrée’s carefully created by The Murphys Hotel chef.

ROASTED PORK LOIN

Roasted Pork Loin with dried cherry port wine demi sauce, blue whipped potatoes and fresh asparagus. All dinners will be served with Spinach Salad with honey mustard vinaigrette, candied nuts, feta and fresh strawberries. Dessert Special included. Prices include tax and gratuity.

STUFFED CHICKEN

Stuffed Chicken with artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, spinach and brie cheese alfredo sauce. Served with cheesy risotto and fresh asparagus. All dinners will be served with Spinach Salad with honey mustard vinaigrette, candied nuts, feta and fresh strawberries. Dessert Special included. Prices include tax and gratuity.

MARINATED TRI-TIP

Marinated Tri Tip roasted medium rare with a mushroom demi-glace & onion strings. Served with whipped potatoes & fresh asparagus. All dinners will be served with Spinach Salad with honey mustard vinaigrette, candied nuts, feta and fresh strawberries. Dessert Special included. Prices include tax and gratuity.

VEGETARIAN OPTION

Vegetarian Dinner Option Available by request. Entree item will be selected by Murphys Hotel chefs the day of the event in order to utilize local and seasonal selections.
