CWA seeking new Executive Director

The Calaveras Winegrape Alliance (CWA) is seeking a candidate to fill the Executive Director position. The Executive Director is the Chief Operational Officer of the CWA.  In this role, the Executive Director manages the day-to-day operations of the organization.  These operations consist of – but are not limited to – the development and management of both the educational and marketing programs of the CWA, serving as an ex officio member of various functional committees established by CWA; serving as the primary organizational liaison among member wineries, growers, and industry members – as well as with community groups and commissions, other state and regional wine organizations.  This position also recruits and supervises staff and performs other duties as required.  The ideal candidate will possess strong computer and social media skills.  Salary is negotiable.
