Calaveras Uncorked with Brett Keller

The new and improved CWA wine education series is your chance to be guided by local winemakers through a tasting crafted to tell a story and highlight what makes Calaveras wines stand out. Coming up at 6 p.m. Thursday September 14, winemaker Brett Keller of Mineral Wines will present a SIX YEAR vertical tasting of Meritage, wines blended from the famed Bordeaux regional varietals that are grown all around Calaveras County. Impacts of climate, soils and other viticultural factors will be discussed, as will the history and character of each of the grapes in each blend. See the wine list below. Tickets will be first come first served. We encourage you to buy in advance because very few seats are available due to the limited quantity of these library wines. $20 for CWA members and $25 for non-members.
